Luigi, the garlic bird

There is a drawer in my kitchen where I keep potatoes, onions, garlic, and shallots.  I cook pretty much every night, so I am constantly replenishing this drawer.  Recently, I took the food out in order to wipe up all the onion skins that littered the bottom on the drawer.  Waaayyyy in the back, I found a bird.  Not a literal bird, but a garlic bird.  My unused garlic bulb had grown a beak.  His name is Luigi and I plan to leave him on my kitchen window sill until he turns gray and dies.

Luigi looks so much more personable than Cinnamon.
